Enerlifeflex offers refunds for paid services under the following conditions:
- Consultation Services: Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled session
- Program Services: 30-day money-back guarantee if not satisfied with the program
- Access Materials: No refund if digital resources have been accessed or downloaded
2. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation Policy
Consultation Cancellations
- More than 7 days notice: Full refund
- 3–7 days notice: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days notice: No refund
- No-show: No refund (session counted as used)
Program Cancellations
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund
- Within 30 days: Full refund if program not substantially used
- After 30 days: No refund
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Digital resources that have been downloaded or accessed
- Services already provided
- Community forum access or group program components already attended
- Consultations where the service was provided as scheduled
